2 bolts each side. Come with a flag pole which is detachable.
Distance between mounting holes is approx 54" or 1.37m. It protrudes backward by approx 22" and is 51-52 ish inches high for main hoop. Actually protects the outboard very well with its rake back design. Previous owner wake boarded off it. Sensible offers
