Hi all I want to swap my 9.8hp Tohatsu (2015, mint) for a 15hp 2 stroke must be very clean and will pay extra for the right one

Your best bet is to sell the Tohatsu 9.8. I can't see current owners of a 15hp 2-stroke wanting to swap in my opinion. Hard cash may have the desired effect though and get them to part company.
