Here we have a 2008 Suzuki DF5 SK8 5hp short shaft Outboard Motor. Tiller steer, tiller throttle, forward and reverse gears. Integral 1.5 litre fuel tank (although there is provision to feed from an external fuel tank). Weight 25kg. Easily carried with the large carrying handle.
Used only once from new! Flushed out after the single use, drained of all fuel and stored upright in a dry garage since. The engine has been run annually just to keep things ok and was run for about 30 mins prior to this ad being placed. Started easily on fresh fuel and good water flow out of the tell-tale.
RRP price of this engine new today is £1060; we are asking £550 for an engine that has had no more than 2 hours running.
Comes complete with owners manual and kill cord.
