Ok, some pretty crappy pics of the backrests, but I think that they give sufficient info.
In the first you can see how the top bracket has been modified for the seat catch. In the second you can see the general layout, and in the third you can just make out that the modified bracket is infact quite substantial.
As I said before, bear in mind that they will not be available for at least a couple of months............

Suspect so, but probably only in some of the detail. Roy used to get his made by an outfit in the midlands area, mine were made down here on the south coast. However, they were modelled on pictures of ones that Roy had had made previously, if that helps.

I have just remembered , mine are not exactly the same, the upper mount has been modified by one Mr Biffer of this parish , so as to clear the seat catch, but you can have a look at the pics and decide for yourself whether you are interested.
