Wanted: Screen and Rail

Hi,

I'm after a a windscreen and rail for an Outhill console if anyone has one? I know Cheetah Marine will supply. I've mailed them but I'm still waiting for a reply

Thanks I know Edd I think he could deffo do the screen but not the stainless for the rail

Hi again Neil.

That console design has been ripped off a few times now. Outhill, Solent and Humber all use it (no idea who originally designed it).

Your off the shelf options are Outhill (as stated) or Humber. Neither are cheap.

If you talk to Fairweather Marine who used to build Solent they might be able to point you in the direction of their stainless supplier, think Mark Brown (used to post on here) used to do some for them?? The screens were made for them by Eberhardt signs in Portsmouth. Last time I spoke to them they still had the templates and could make them to order.

Nugent is another great option.

Outhill used to have a list on their website of all the boatbuilders who had ripped off their console which made for interesting reading with lots of big names on there.

Thanks Tim really helpful to have an option. I've left cheetah marine half a dozen messages mail and voice but not heard back from them yet.
