It was already £1.31 in Alnwick. I'm sure it will be higher again by the end of the week end.

Good plan. We could ALL make plans for the hijack and two hard boats, a Jetski, Gotchi, Jim and I might turn-up.

Rogue wave.

We launch from Amble next to the marina.

Also have a mooring down there so we can get straight out.

I'm up for it

Maybe we could also hijack a container of XD100, mix it all up and free fuel for all etec users in the UK for a couple of years

I have visions of you watching the AIS very intently just before making the Floptilla crossing.

I want no part of it.

Besides, my next boat is going to be a diesel.

Tesco are doing their 5p off a litre.

Tesco are doing their 5p off a litre, so i have got the missus to split the shopping so we get 2 vouchers. Then take the Jerry cans when i fill the car up, works out at saving a fiver when you buy 100litres and a weird look from the checkout person.

I filled up on Tuesday and the Tesco in Pembroke Dock was 126.9p a litre minus the 5p so worked out at 121.9p, still a rediculous amount but sounds a lot better than what some of you are paying.
