For Sale: Mariner 75 2-stroke

Hi All,

I have decided to sell my Mariner 75hp. It's a clamshell from 1990 with power tilt/trim. Excellent running order and compression (115,115,113psi cold). I have owned it for nearly 6 years with very little use, approximately 20 hours - purchase of the Searider coincided with the arrival of children...

The outboard was taken off the rib about 18months ago, winterised with Quicksilver fogging spray, and dry stored. The plan was to overhaul the rib, but a forthcoming house move has led to it's sale - unfortunately I can't justify keeping the motor until I start ribbing again, so it must be sold.

The previous owner had the motor for approximately 5 years, mostly 'moored' in his garage in Epping, and in that time it was overhauled by Doug Ashley Marine.

It has new plugs (NGK surface discharge and 3 spares) & power trim seals, recent impellor, carb kits, undamaged stainless prop with spare composite prop, control box and cables, tank and line, trolley included. The cowl has a few scuffs, but nothing major - skeg is fine - starts, runs, pumps water and selects gear well.

I live in Warwick, but travel to Southampton weekly, and could deliver/meet anywhere along the route!
