yes, I think it fits, if it's a V6 gearbox with the same year of production

heard yesterday that a 2001 lower unit optimax will not fit a 96 mariner 150V6 cause of another water pump.

any shop or person on the forum that sells the SE206 lower units in the UK from sterndrive engineering - I find them with mass on the US market, but nothing on the UK.
