Do a search on previous posts as lots of people have made custom made seats in the past and your'll pick up lots of information and facts, though from what i gather folks tend to make them rather than buy as they cant seem to buy exactly what they are looking for. last year i went through the process of trying to work out exactly what i'd need to do to make seats for my boat and after pricing up the materials and working out how to make a plug then mould and with the amount of labour and time involved in laying up in the end it worked out not much cheaper to make them rather than just buy and i have some experience with fibre glass too, of course its up to you but you need to understand before hand what your getting into before you start.
