Icon VHF handheld M71 for sale

Used but not abused handheld Icom VHF M71 for sale.

Waterproof, powerful 6 watts, headset or fist mic dock, li-ion battery & smart charger.

Includes radio, lanyard, original charger & box.

Battery is still great and seems to hold a charge for ages!

Cheapest new is currently £175 so open to sensible offers bearing that in mind.

Cheers,

Mike

Any decent brand waterproof vhf like Icom that floats is worth £100. Look what they go for on eBay.

Splash proof aren't worth a fiver in my head these days. If you fall in on a tender or fall overboard, they're defunct.

After 2 months and no replys......... http://www.rib.net/forum/f10/icom-ic...one-60499.html seems fair to me that one had the extra speaker... so £50 seemed about right.

Good job the Icom M91 floats because the first time I wore it in anger the clip fell off and it ended up in the drink.

Obviously since then I've adopted best practice and have it attached with a decent lanyard too.

Anyone else find the clip on this model to be less than robust?
