[FS] Ramsey Off-Roader 8000 12v Winch

This has been in my garage for a number of years waiting for me to buy another 4x4 to mount it on...which hasn't and won't happen in the foreseeable future.

I now need the garage space so it is up for sale.

8000lb pull capacity.

Looking for £150 or offers as this is a solid piece of professional winching kit.

Heavy so collection or agreement on best way to deliver with purchaser.

Can be seen running.

I bought this as Orville assured me it was the most powerful winch around Ie myself and would pull anything out of the most difficult to get at places so It is on a rigourous testing programme.

Tonight I'm off to Wolverhampton to see if it can pull a fiver out of DM Wallet
if it's succesul there it's off to Chewyland to extract a similar amount out of Chewy's wallet.

I'm enroute to Scotland this weekend but I shan't bother testing it there as it's pnly rated to 8000 pounds of pull and I wouldn't want to break it

I'd suggest an additional swingaway snatch block for that recovery...

Your'e in trouble now

I think dm (the old dogger) likes for people not to know too much about his tendancy for swinging away at a snatch block party

I didn't say that DM was miserable, but I'll bet he was holding that fiver so tight that the poor Queen's eyes were watering...

As for the swingaway snatch, well, at least you've finally got more pulling power than him.

Wishing you a Full and Speedy Recovery after your extraction

We were born in the same year so I see it more as peer pressure than robbing.

Cheer up, if the peer pressure is still good then things aren't so bad...
