I have just put an advert on eBay for my mooring on the River Exe. The mooring is close to the SFCC pontoon and can be accessed at all states of tide. The mooring was laid in March 2015 and will take up to a 32 foot boat.
It is a Powderham Castle mooring so a registration fee is due on change of ownership and an annual ground rate has to be paid. The annual fee for my 23 foot rib was £269 last year.
