yeah I've always had a Landie which I love. I just think that Jap 4b4's are much more reliable and longer lasting

I use a 3t mini digger.
If you can hold the vehicle down with the front blade, you can actually remove the engine without having to undo any bolts.

thanks for the offer but my engine is quite at home still attached to the gearbox!

Rogue,

Have got;

1. Crane 2 tonne
2. Engine stand (has a 3.5 V8 on it from when Doggypaddle last looked at my project)
3. Engine load leveller (nifty if space is tight)

Can get pictures if required.
