I'll take the Warren Deal. What about insurance, will that be the same, i.e more than I pay for my proper home which stands little or no chance of buring down or being blown away. Further, if I don't make use of at least 80% of the A-Frames facilities, do I still have to pay the full £10.00 a year just because they're there ?
