Breaking v250hp yamaha 2 stroke 2002 model

Hey all
We are going to be breaking a v250 extra long leg that was extremly well maintained.
First fitted in 2004/5
used commercialy untill may 2008 when it packed up bust a piston!!!!
New cowling that cost 2.5k and a cowling with a few wee scratches in it
Let me know if there are ann parts you need
Was used by North 58 sea adventures Boat trips and rya training in Banff

Does that include the ECM? I have the 1999 Vx 76 250A with problems that cannot be identified and the mechanic reckons a different ECM may be the way to go. If the unit is available would need to establish they are compatable.
