Avon 6-gallon Fuel Bladders - Rough Condition

For sale are a total of four Avon marine fuel bladders that each hold 6 gallons each. They are in rough condition and will need resealing and recoating. I attempted a half-assed repair on one of them with a gasoline compatible sealant and some flexible rubber paint, but don't have time to finish it. The original caps are missing, but I found that a PVC cap with a threaded nipple and shutoff valve can be easily put it (see photo).

I'm hoping someone out there might want to take over this project.

These tanks new are some kind of ridiculous price of over US$500 per tank.

Here's the Zodiac version:

The first picture is NOT one of mine, but a representative of how they should look in action.

Willing to trade or barter or best offer.

Will ship from San Francisco at cost.

Can you remember what diameter and thread the PVC fitting was? I’m a cap short for one of these myself. Been meaning to look on eBay for a suitable replacement.

Looks like 1 1/4 schedule 40 or schedule 80. I found that PVC will likely last a while and since these are a couple bucks a piece they can be replaced at will and often.
