Aerospace spec Adhesive Lined Heatshrink

Great for sealing wiring connections in consoles etc this is top spec adhesive lined heatshrink, with a big shrink ratio and exceptional protective properties. It’s also fully Flame retardant and approved by Boeing.

It’s not available to the general public in the UK, and is usually only available in large quantities to aerospace users.

Suitable for use in harsh environments, as the tubing shrinks, the adhesive lining melts and flows to fill all voids and create a complete seal against moisture, oils, chemicals and other fluids.

Full spec:-
Adhesive-Lined, Polyolefin Heat-Shrinkable Tubing.
11.56mm ID in expanded state – as supplied.
4:1 shrink ratio.
Shrink temperature 135°C.
Flame-retardant tubing jacket and adhesive provide full flame-retardancy.
Mechanically tough, the tubing provides strain relief and abrasion protection of wire splices, terminals and other components.
Thick high-performance adhesive lining offers permanent sealing of splices, fusible links, terminals and in-line components
RoHS compliant

I have 10 x 1200mm long lengths available, that would go a long way when cut into shorter lengths for sealing cable joints and connections.

I’ve finally managed to get hold of some more of this top spec Heatshrink.

I have 25 x 1200mm lengths of the size mentioned above, supplied in an expanded state of 11.56mm ID, and just 5 x 1200mm lengths of the same spec but supplied in an expanded state of 17.79mm ID.

The 11.56mm ID is still £6 per length, and the 17.79mm ID will be £7.50 per length.
Unfortunately I’m going to have to add £1 to each batch sent out to cover some of the postage costs.
