Living in the NW and unfortunately not a lot of money. Have got a lovely 44 year old Evinrude in original condition which is fantastic. I just need summat bigger!

Have sent you more links. 8hp standard shafts are pretty elusive with a tight budget. I've found what I can, but I'm not Paul Daniels!
