225-300hp wanted

Hi there, I'm looking for an outboard between 225-300hp the bigger the better, would also consider twins. It's going on a 9mtr. Budget is €6000. Is there anything out there? I'm based in Ireland...

Give Quinquari marine a call. They usually have a few large ex charter etecs available at very good prices.

I have 2x Yamaha 300hp here. One is 25" leg other is 30" leg. Both have lower compression on one cylinder. Collected Pistons etc to repair but just never got round to rebuilding so should only be gaskets required to repair. Both done approx 250 hours. Inc control box Rev counter etc. £5000 for both or near offer.

You can't just swan in, tell us you've bought a nine meter RIB and not say what it is!

I know a man who just sold a nine meter into Cork...

It's a 9mtr Excalibur to join up with my 7mtr, the 9mtr is new and has never seen water, I'm finishing it off at the moment. When done it will increase my passenger capacity from 5 to 17, can't wait to have it finished!

I'm considering splitting my boat package as I want to keep the trailer. 2006 Honda 225 V-Tec, got about 300 hours it but had a new (£6.5k) powerhead fitted by Honda10 hours ago, since then it was serviced by Liverpool Power Boats. I have receipts for over £2k for servicing and odd jobs.

XL shaft.
