2003 mariner marathon 40hp 27hrs use

Hi,
I have a Mariner Marathon longshaft two stroke pull start tiller steer (can be converted to electric start and remotes) outboard engine for sale. It has covered only 27 hours from new and was used as a backup engine by a dive school. I bought the longshaft to go on to a RIB I had put a deposit on which I was messed about on and the deal fell through.
The engine is in excellent condition.

Hi

Aswell as the Marathon I am also selling me 2004 Mariner 40hp standard shaft tiller steer,pull start with gas assist tilt ex R.N.L.I outboard as I need a short shaft and thought it would be easy to convert this but was woefully mistaken so this has got to go aswell.
It is in excellent condition but has a small peice the size of a peanut out of the bottom of the skeg.
