Navico / Lowrance excellent support

My LCX27C went a bit funny so I sent it to Navico. Despite me buying it from the US they replaced it under warranty.:thumbs:


Unfortunately they had run out of the 7" LCX27C's and only had the larger 8" 37c in stock )))

A tight and very fiddly job to fit on the Osprey Console but well worth the effort. Amazing how much difference an inch makes :cool:

I had a problem with the Lowrance network. I had bought everything in the US. It was out of warranty by some six months.

They replaced all the network components including the GPS antenna and checked back to see if everything was OK.

I think this is down to the Navico guys in UK who do a superb job.

I too have had excellent service from Navico and was given the extended 2 year warranty on the new part they replaced (LGC2000 GPS Module)
