Hi Guys,
I'm sure its been asked before, but can't find the posts....
I have an HP hw6915 (I think)... which has a gps unit built in.
I'd love to use it as a backup gps unit, but I am struggling to find any Nautical mapping software?
Has anyone used any or know of any?
Thanks
Ben

Try this

Remember you can also run TomTom for road use. So versatile!!!

I did see the maptech one, I think it only covers US waters though :(
I have tom tom on the device already, which I do use for road use ;)

You should tell the taxi driver to get their own ;)

Maptech does cover the UK - they seem to be linked in with Memory Map though.

You can also use Oziexplorer to scan in your old paper charts or maps - it's great. You can also use it to capture screen images of other people's charts - for example Garmin.
For close in work the OS maps are great - very detailed - and then of course you can also overlay the aerial photos. Don't know why more people don't use Ipaqs!!!
