Transducer

The wires to my transducer have snapped off right at the unit, leaving me with nothing to re-attach to.
I attempted a repair, soldering the last strands together then aquasureing the area but it only lasted a few weeks.
Has anyone got one kicking around they don't need - its for a Lowrance X28 fishfinder - or know where I can get one that won't cost the £60 I've been quoted for a new one.

Thanks Daniel,
I've attached pic of the back of the unit where the connectors fit if that's any good.
If not I'll take some tomorrow of the connectors themselves.
Cheers,
Neil

i have to fix my transducer in hull tomorrow, as the boat is double skined i only have a 8 in by 4 hole to get to the hull in which to play. i am told epoxy is the best item to use to fix the transducer in place and that it will be permenent. as it may need replacing way off in the future am i better of using something less permenent to stick it with, and is no more nails any good? suggestions?

sorry neil the transducer i have (i have two of them) is the older grey connector with 2 pins.

the one you have (need) is the same as what was fitted to my osprey (glassed into the hull) but i could not get it to work. i think - therefore - i have a spare display somewhere too.

if anyone needs one of the older transducers they are FOC !
