Nmea 0183

Hello all you electronics wizards out there!

I would like to feed a VHF DSC radio from my Ratheon (Sorry -"Raymarine") C120 GPS Plotter (when I get it). No problem there, you say!

But what if I also want to output to a Naxtex, which uses the Location to provide more meaningful info? :eh:

Your suggestions would be most appreciated.

Just connect both inputs to the output. It should be fine.

Yer NMEA is "designed" or "spec'ed" so each output can drive upto 3 inputs i beleive.

I've connected a 4th and no problem.

I thought I might need to have some kit like a multiplexer.
