Howard, the only thing I can think of is 'Black Witch'
It's a neoprene adhesive that I have used loads of times to glue wetsuit seams and make repairs to wetsuits.
I am fairly sure it is liquid neoprene anyway but not sure that it's what you want.

Lookee here...

Try looking for dip moulding pvc - you could also try liquid latex

Fun searching - they use it for fetish and body painting these days!!!

listed as Liquid electrical tape over here. good stuff to seal all electrical connections and comes in a 4oz can with applicator for $6.99.
Comes in 4 colors also which is useful to keep track of circuits.
Also tried the plastic dip paint, which is used to renew the insulation on pliers /tools etc. A little tougher to get off if you need to reterminate the connection though!

Silicone Grease is good for terminal protection, and not expensive. Thats what I use.

You can get it from RS components

Its PVC not neoprene. Very messy stuff, but it works.

I got some at Marine Superstore, Puerto Solenta. Send Paul down to get some.

Try looking for "Liquid Whipping". Its the stuff that you can dip ropes into if you cant use whipping twine.

Its a small pot!

I have used some in-line bullet connectors and it has sealed them very well. I never quite got round to coating the spade connectors on my switch panel.

You have to work fast with it as it dries quickly.
